Anything goes...

 Over at the Jaded Blossom's July Challenge. 

Inspired by Christmas in July concept, and being excited to ink up this cute Gnome set Gnoel, this is the card I created for this month's challenge. 

TRHD release day 2

 Welcome to day 2 of The Rabbit Hole Designs July release blog hop.  

 I have a Holiday card to share with you today using the adorable Tatsiana set Hoppy Holidays:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I decided to make a slimline card, and started by creating my own background paper by stamping the holly repeatedly.  I then colored them with alcohol inks and colored pencils and finished it off with a shimmery spray.  On white cardstock, I stamped the bunny envelope image and colored it with alcohol markers.  I accented the ribbons and small circles with foils using two way glue, the snowflakes with glitter, and the berries and center star with dimensional glaze; cut out image.  On a strip of white cardstock, I stamped Hoppy Holidays in red, and added foil with score tape along the edges.  I assembled the card by layering the stamped background paper, then the hoppy holidays strip and then used dimensional foam to attach the main image allowing it it to pop off the card as the main focus.

DAY 1 THRD July release!

Hello there!  It's release time for The Rabbit Hole Designs.  Welcome to day 1!  

This is my first release as a new DT member of TRHD, so it's extra exciting for me.  There are 4 new Tatsiana Zayats stamp sets and 3 die sets being released.  I get to share with you a card I made using the Lazy Summer stamp set:

 

That hippo stamp just makes me smile! It's more fun to drink with a friend, so I stamped two: one sunbathing in the sand with her drink and the other standing by. I masked off where the sand at the front of the scene would be and stamped the hippos. Then I stamped/cut masks out of masking paper to cover the stamped hippos so that I could ink blend the rest of the scene. This was a quick and easy ocean beach scene to ink blend. I used a glimmer pen to make the ocean glisten and a white gel pen for ocean foam. I colored the hippos with alcohol makers and colored pencils with gamsol. Since clear stamps are flexible and you are able to see where you are placing them, I curved the sentiment on my stamping block to line up with the curve in the sand. I added a few gold pieces of shiny confetti for added interest. Then I stamped the other sentiment on a piece of cardstock for the inside and the card.

Gsd june challenge

 I'm here with this card I made for a friend and linking up to Gerda Steiner's June Challenge.

I watercolored him 😊, added a frame I cut with my snc, splattered some water color marker and put on some puffy stickers from tsol. Quick card but look how cute he is. 

JB summer vibes

 The challenge over at Jaded Blossom's this month is summer vibes. 

I wasn't sure what I was going to do,  but a gnome loving friend is having a paddle board birthday get together. I was inspired to make this card for her.  

Although the surf board is not Jaded Blossom, the sun die and gnome stamps are. I created the ocean scene by inking. 

AI challenge

 I'm excited to be linking up to the current Art Impressions challenge: birthdays.

I was so happy to get this owl flutter set during their 70% off sale a few months back. It's so cute and fun! I'm finally getting the chance to use it. I'm going to send it to my Grandma. She will love it.

Gst May

 I created a card to link up to the Gerda Steiner May Challenge. 

I used a The Stamps of Life flip it die set for the card with Honeybee Stamps paper for a quick and easy card. I think it makes this bear the focal point, and I just love him.  Isn't he the cutest!?

JB May challenge

 Hello! I'm super excited that I was the lucky winner from the Jaded Blossom April challenge. I Just got my prize in the mail today. Awesome. So fun! I can't wait to make a card with it. Thanks, JB!

Here's the card I created using the Freebird stamp set by Jane's Doodles. The wood planks and paper pad are honeybee stamps, the heart wood shape is Impression obsession. Layering dies and flower die, the stamps of Life.

JB stencil challenge

 Hello! I'm linking up for the first time for one of Jaded Blossom's monthly challenges. 

April's challenge is stencils, which is perfect because I recently bought their cute bee stencil and hadn't used it yet. I also used the JB gnome brewed stamp set.

 Hello! I had left over pieces from the paper rose's die I used for the slimline card I made the other day for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge. Instead of throwing them away,   I decided to use them to make another quick card to link up.

I love the silhouette dies... they can be used on inked backgrounds for fast cards and look so pretty.

I created this card using a Paper Roses die: Afternoon ride, girl on horse with chickens.  Happy Birthday die is The Stamps of Life,  and the sentiment is Stamplorations. Using The Stamps of Life ink pads, I inked the background and spritzed with water and shimmer spray.
