I'm participating in the Coffee Lovers Blog hop today!  Here is my coffee theme card to link up.  I used the Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard square flip it card die, along with Fancy Edge flip it card die panel.

I also used The Stamps of Life Notebook edge die.

Dear, Coffee sentiment is Fresh Brewed Designs rubber stamp.  I don't have a problem...sentiment is rubber stamp also by Fresh Brewed Designs.

Coffee cups are The Stamps of Life; one from the Coffee4two stamp set and the other from Stamp2build . Got Caffeine is also Coffee4two.  Little coffee bean stamps are by Amuse Studio.

Sweet Sunday Sketch 237

Hello and Happy Friday!  I'm playing along at Sweet Sunday Sketch this week.  Here's the sketch: 

 

and here's my card based on that sketch:

Paper is My Minds Eye.  I used the Bee Triplits by Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard and Mini flower dies by The Stamps of Life, and a little hard to see, but I also used a banner die from the Banner Triplits die set from Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard.

 Fresh Brewed Designs challenge this month:  Lots of Lattes.  I love FBD and I love coffee, so I couldn't resist an excuse to make a coffee theme card last night.  :)

 

Card die is Sizzix Regal stand up card along with Regal labels dies. All Rubber stamps by Fresh Brewed Designs. Skinny mini's coffee break stamp set.

Sizzix Triplits by Stephanie Barnard are so much fun.  Check out the Gifts triplits die set.

 This is the regal flip it card die, along with candles4birthday stamp set.

Look at the layers with several dies.  One in which has an embossed cheveron pattern- my favorite. :)

It's almost FALL!

 If you ask me what my favorite season is, I'd say Summer.  However, I love all things Fall:  colors, pretty leaves (and yes, contrary to popular belief, San Diego does have a fall season with leaves changing colors. lol!), and pumpkins...   anything pumpkin!  mmm.  pumpkin.. anyway......  as soon as I saw the sizzix leaf triplits dies, I wanted them!!

I embossed the cardstock with sizzix SU! folder.  Using the sizzix Regal labels dies, cut one larger in cardstock, the smaller with woodgrain pattern paper.  I embossed the larger size with stampendous aged silver frantage. Isn't it pretty!? I've been on an embossing kick lately. 

 I also embossed the solid leaf shapes, too.

 

sizzix flip it circle #2 card die. The leaf triplits die set includes cute little acorns, too.  :)

 I used the smaller leaf dies for this card.  inked them and then crimped them with a crimper.

Christmas Blessings

I've been admiring cards in blogland using Stampendous Frantage Embossing Powder, and.. AT LAST... I have some!  I'm not disappointed. It's so cool and pretty! A little vintage and little sparkle..  Anyway.......  today I used it for this Christmas card I created using The Stamps of Life stamp set ornaments4christmas.

 

I stamped the ornament stamp with versamark ink to create the background, and spritzed with gold myst.  The large circle (cut using Sizzix circles dies) and the ornament is embossed with Shabby blue fantage.  The ornament top is embossed in a pirate gold embossing powder.  I used Tim Holtz gold paint around the edges of the blue circle.

Leaves at It's a Sketch :)

Hello! This is my first time playing along with It's a Sketch!

Here is my card using leaves with the above sketch.  Quick and easy!  Paper is My Minds Eye.  I cut the cute leaves using the Sizzix triplits dies. (i crimped two of the leaves, too).  Miss you is a stamp from TSOL stamp2build set.

Regal2stamp!

New stamps released today at The Stamps of Life.  I'm here to show you the new Regal2stamp set.  It coordinates with all the other fun regal shaped products making this set a an extra great addition.  :)

 For my first card, I've matched it up with the regal stand up die set.  It was a tight fit, but I stamped the hello all around the inside of the one shape.  The middle cheveron is not paper pieced, there's a regal cheveron pattern stamp in the set which was perfect with the paper I used for my card. :)  I also used the regal labels dies and the mini flower dies.  Plus brads from TSOL.

Next I created a shaped card using the regal labels die set.  The middle image from the stamp set (as is hello).  It's very pretty on it's own.  I embossed it with a glittery EP and added a button.  Brads are from TSOL.

Look how cute the patterned regal shapes are.  I stamped and cut them out using the regal labels dies.  I also used the mini flower die and some Brads from TSOL. Quick and easy :)

And lastly, for now, I have the regal flip it card.

PINspirational challenge 123

I played along this week at PINspirational challenges.  Here's the inspiration photo:

I love the colors and that pretty tea pot.  Here's the card I created:

I used The Stamps of Life stamps with the Sizzix Framelit flip it circle #2 card die set.  Papers are My Minds Eye. 

It's feeling a lot like Christmas :)

Okay, maybe not.  It's HOT.  lol!  BUT, It's the first of the month! That means a new stamp set (and dies!) at The Stamps of Life!  If you're a club member, your items are on the way!  If you're not a member, these will be available the 20th of the month.  Go on over and check out the gallery!  Here are the cards I created using the new set.  Pretty holiday stamps!

I also used the banner stamp from the morechalksayings2stamp and used the die. I cut the Peace, love, and Joy stamp words apart to use the words individually.

The card above ^ I also used dies from the regal labels set.

Time to start working on those holiday cards!  :)

I need a whole pot of coffee this a.m.

Ohmygosh, I overslept this a.m. by 20 minutes!  Luckily, that didn't make anyone late, but maaaannn... I'm tired this a.m.!  Thank goodness for coffee.  Hot, steaming, delcious coffee! 

I created this card using The Stamps of Life Coffee4two stamp set on the Regal stand up die card.  It was recently my birthday and I got a couple gifts of coffee, so this Thanks a latte Thank you card seemed perfect.  :)

feels like fall

Yeah, not really.  It's still summer and hot, but the kids are back in school and fall decor  is already in all the stores.... I was inspired this afternoon to create these two cards. For this one, I used the tsol turkey2stamp set and matching die along with Sizzix scalloped rectangle frame die, and leaves and pumpkins from tsol thanks2fall stamp set. 

First I cut out the frame which creates two shapes.... the middle section and the frame. I stamped the turkey on the middle piece, then again on a matching scrap piece of cardstock and cut out using the full turkey die.  Colored the images... I inked up the frame with versamark ink and embossed it with stampendous silver fantage. The photo does not do it justice. I love this EP. :-) I lined up and glued the turkey pieces together then glued the frame on. The pumpkins were stamped, cut out by hand and tucked into the frame. The leaves were stamped on the cardstock using versamark ink. 

Same products used on this card, except the leaves were embossed with Indian corn Ep. Quick and easy. TFL :-)
