swimming by....

I was still in a drop in shaker card kind of mood.....

I used the Sizzix flowers/sentiments drop in die set this time, along with The Stamps of Life whale2stamp stamp/die set. 

This ended up being a shaker fail actually, but it still turned out pretty.  I used recollections chunky glitter, which I learned is light and static, so the glitter doesn't actually shake.  :(  You're supposed to see some of the fish that you see in the background pic behind the whale.....  "oh whale".  hee hee ;)  I spent too much time on making it and then trying to fix it to trash it. 
This is the inside. I just stamped and colored with copic markers and a stella wink for sparkle.

    That whale is cute - sorry it doesn't shake but I bet the recipient likes it anyhow :)

    This is adorable! LOVE it and if you don't want the static even for glitter use a dryer sheet... just wipe the card stock & see through area with it and it will help... Makes all the difference! Have a Crafty Day! :)

      Thank you! :) I thought it about it, but then I was just thinking the chunky glitter would be more like confetti. If it were like confetti, it would be called confetti, not glitter, right? duh. hahaha. I crack myself up with my air headedness sometimes. ;)

    Stinkin' clinging confetti. That acetate will do it every time. But you're right to say that it's pretty. I love the whimsical feel of this!
