Workin' out....

I have a Fresh Brewed Designs card to share with you today:

I created this card with FBD Java Jill, Running Shoes, and Will work out for sentiment....
 
After doing nothing but eat and drink and not do any exercise all summer, my ds is back at school and there's no excuses for me.  I'm getting back on track of Healthy living!
 
Eat well, exercise, and stamp on.....
