dots and hearts

I think January must have been left on fast forward, because I can't believe it's February already!  It's now time for a new month long challenge at Fresh Brewed Designs Challenge Blog.  The challenge:  dots and hearts....
 
Here's my card using the ever so cute FBD rubber stamp Cutie Pie in the Clouds.
