still hoppin' and two challenge cards...

Now on to my challenge cards I created this weekend.  First up...   MOXIE FAB WORLD, the GINGHAM challenge.  The red gingham is paper ribbon from Little Black Dress Designs.... I've had it in my stash forever.  I also found the gingham button.  I cut the star with my cricut from some green gingham i had in my stash as well... 

Next up..... my first time joining in at The Playdate Cafe:  splash of yellow.  I won (blog candy) a set of beautiful handmade flowers by Shannon Keith (www.etsy.com/shop/shannleffew2) and this is one of them.  Although it was already a pretty yellowish flower, I sprayed it with some additional Maya Mist, Sunflower Yellow, to brighten it up just a little more for added contrast with the black and white.  I added a black button and some bees (i think are Inkadinkadoo).  The label stamp and the thanks so much are both stamps by A Muse Studio.

    Hi Vanessa! GASP! Both of these cards are fabulous! Your gingham card is adorable, bright, cheerful and FUN!
    Then the black/white and Yellow card is Gorgeous! I love the pretty bees!

    Great cards Vanessa......I love the the first one with its tag pocket, the embossing looks fab too. What a gorgeous flower in the last card:)

    Oh goodness, these cards are just divine!! I love that little bee placed in the corner of the sentiment on the second card, what a perfect finishing touch.

    I love them both!! I really love the gingham on the first card and that fun embossing. And LOVE the black and white with your pop of color, and gorgeous flower!
