Crafting When We Can 18- Steampunk

Don't laugh... this is my first Steampunk card or my version of one.  hee hee.  I created it for the Crafting When We Can Challenge.
I got the toy horse plan graphic from The Graphics Fairy.  I cut it out, crumpled it, and added walnut ink to the edges.  I took a Popsicle stick and broke it, then painted it with Tim Holtz crackle paint and a little mist of tattered angels.  A flower?  I don't know.. just because it was lying on my desk and was a good color for it.  lol!  a nut and bolt from the garage... I put some stazon brown on it to age it a bit, but didn't really work all that well.   :)

  3. I struggled with what Steampunk is too but I love what you have done with the toy horse blueprint. I think the nut and bolt were an inspiration and work perfectly with the theme.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful work with us at Crafting When We Can Challenges. :-) xx
