word stand up cards- CHRISTMAS!

Do you have the word stand up card die set?  If not, you need it!  It's so fun and sure to wow your recipients, BUT.. so easy to do since it's a die set from The Stamps of Life!

It comes with the word HELLO (and other decorative dies like flowers), AND there's an extra word die set you can purchase to go along with it, LOVE THANKS and SMILE. NOW there's CHRISTMAS WORD EXTRAS. The Christmas set is MERRY NOEL and HOHOHO

Here's a card I created using the Merry word, along with the Christmas statement set, Santa Claus is coming to town die, stitched rectangle die, snowflakes from the snowflake background die, santa hat from hats4critters, and a saying from sayings4santa.  Look how festive and fun! 

and other using with the NOEL... I added an ornament topper to the O, the floral/snowflake pieces come with the main set, and happy holidays is a new word die from TSOL.

Must have all new Stamps of Life dies, but ..... here are two you really need!  

This one you may already have as this is a RE-Release, a Stephanie Barnard Design from another company and NOW a Stamps of Life die. Yay!  If you don't have it.......... get it. Isn't it just beautiful?  It comes with the circle happy birthday die, but you can use this base for any of card making occasions.


It's the Floral Happy Birthday Drop in card die set.

 I am sooooo excited about this die!  Snowflakes!!  First, this is a snowflake background die, so it creates a beautiful snowflake background, BUT you can use the snowflake pieces as embellishments, so you're going to get a lot of use out of this for your winter/holiday cards. This card I used it with the cute morereindeer2stamp/die set along with the ribbon border die set, and a shape from the fancy frame flip it set.

Another idea using the snowflake background on part of the card, again with the ribbon border die set (this is a fave of mine!) and the hotchocolate2stamp/die set (but I prefer to make it coffee. lol).

AND.... you can also use the background die as a stencil!  On this card front, I used white ink on blue card stock and it came out so soft and pretty looking. Then I stenciled inside with blue.  The mittens2stamp and die set is another favorite......

NEW! at The Stamps of Life.... the Ribbon Edge A2 card die set and it's soooo pretty and the possibilities are endless. 

It uses the drop in technique so have different options on die cutting your card fronts (check out the website link above to see). Here are two cards I created to share with you:

This one I dropped in the dotted heart onto the card front with the dotted swirl.  Simple, but pretty!  I used the sayings4jar stamps (and dies), along with the ribbon border dies to create this card.

 Did you see this month's stamp club and die hard club set yet?  Pinecones2stamp!  So pretty!  I used that here with the new ribbon edge card set.  I used the card front with a solid swirl, but did not drop in anything in the middle. I decided to add the pinecones and flower die (comes with the card die set) instead.

...2stamp is what you get this month for the Stamps of Life stamp club and die hard club sets, and it's beautiful!!

Here is a card I created just stamping. I sponged green over the pine needle stamps.... I also added a little smooch to the pinecones and sprayed the whole thing with shimmer spray (not from tsol). That huge season's greetings is a die that is part of the die set. WOW! 

 and then a more fun card 'cause you know the sets have to have some punny sayings, so I paired it up with the owl pudgie.  I created my own background paper using the stamps and then I used the small circle background die as a stencil over it. The word bubble dies are from a past card club kit.

First up is the 3-d pop-up #2 drop-in SET.   This set includes a base die for the inside of an A2 (4.25 x 5.5 inches) size card with two different pop-up drop-in options, a rectangular shape and a 5-count pop-up die. This set also includes several flowers with center and shadow dies.

This card with the cute bear pudgie and hive4bees is the 5 count pop up..... the set comes with the flower dies!  I also used ants from picnic2stamp die set and tsol border dies.

 You can add to the above set with this 3-d basic pop up insert that has 3 pop outs. NOTE: this is a rerelease under the stamps of life brand, so don't buy it again if you already have it ;)  I used monsters4celebrations, monsters4birthdays, drop out words celebrate, stitched star dies

 This treat box is sooooo quick and easy to make and can be done for any occasion! I created this boy baby shower cup using the set. It comes with little dies, too, like the duckie and heart. All I added was Newport uppercase alphabet dies.

 Last one!  Re-release of the party hat fold it die!  It was on HSN last year and sold out! BUT now you can get it at The Stamps of Life.  To show a little versatility, it doesn't have to be birthday.... here's a witch hat :) I used the web die set which comes with the web and spider...

...reindeer to stamp!  Another cuuuuute stamp set was released at The Stamps of Life!

Reindeer2stamp is the name and it's a companion set to this month's club set; now you can make a whole family or group of friends.

It also has this fun little saying....  I made my card using it:

I used the tag holder die set to put in a little bag of reindeer food (oats and glitter). I wish I knew this fun little saying and tradition when my son was little, I would have done it and he would have loved it!

It's called that because you can choose the faces for your Halloween creature. How fun is that?

 Here's a card I created using the stamp set along with the coordinating dies.  I inked the background with TSOL inks, created a star stencil with the scallop envelope liner that has a star drop in die, tree is from a step up card die set, tsol fence die.....  

 Here's a pocket slider card that is so easy to make using TSOL pocket slider die set.

Gingerbread!  Did you see!? The Stamps of Life just released two fun fold it card die sets: Gingerbread Girl and Gingerbread Boy.  You're going to want them both!  :)

Here I used the Gingerbread Boy fold it to create a pile of gingerbread cookies to make one big fold it card.  For all the cards, I also used the gingerbread2stamp stamps, because they, of course, go perfectly.

Oh deer....

It's that time when you need to start thinking about and making Christmas cards if you want them to be done and ready to mail in time for Christmas.  This set will get you in the mood!  It's ADORABLE!!  Of course, it can be used for non Christmas theme cards, too. 

This month's stamp club and die hard club sets over at The Stamps of Life is Reindeer2stamp.

Here's a card I created using the set with fireplace2stamp and dies as well as stocking2stamp dies.  I stamped the deer, masked him off using a sticky note cut with the detailed deer die and then stamped the fireplace. This in a one layer and still flat with the addition of the die cuts.

Every month I can't believe it's a new month. lol! Time flies!  Tomorrow will be new stamp and die hard club set releases at The Stamps of Life, plus some other fun stuff you're not going to want to miss!

This is a Stephanie Barnard set that was retired and RE-RELEASED to The Stamps of Life!  Yay!  It's called the Gate Fold A2 card die set, and I used it along with faces4stamps and smile is an HSN exclusive diet set called inspirational words. It was a huge hit and sold out, BUT they ordered more for the website, but I just checked an quantities are low...... if you want it, hurry! 

 This set, too, is a Stephanie Barnard design RE-RELEASED to The Stamps of Life. YAY! It's called Rounded Corner A2 card die set, and it's a must have!  I used it here with the getwellsoon2stamp set.

 Look at that bear!  Isn't he the cutest!! This set is new and called partybear2stamp and there are matching dies to go with him if you choose.  I used it here with the flip it card die based called fancy frame flip it.

New flower fold it! and.....

Fold it's are the best!  There's a new one at The Stamps of Life, released today!

Isn't it cute!  It's called tropical flower fold it, but it's cute as "any kind of happy flower". :)

I used some TSOL twine to sew along the edges as the die cuts a cute little dotted border and to stick with the "theme", I used Jar2stamp stamps and dies.

 For this one, I added the ladybug pudgie and the balloons from the elephant pudgie.

but WAIT!  there's more new.....

The flower power background die.  It's not NEW in design, but it's RE-RELEASED under THE STAMPS OF LIFE brand.  If you don't already have it, why?  LOL!!!  go get it!  It's so pretty! 

I made this card using it over cute TSOL strawberry paper and sticking with that theme, using strawberry2stamp and dies, plus the you are sweet die from the watermelon2stamp die set.

New month, new stamp and die hard club sets at The Stamps of Life!  You're definitely not going to want to miss this set:  beautiful!  PLUS, exciting TSOL anniversary celebrations are coming up; including, free items and and online class!  Be sure to check out their website and facebook for more information!  HURRY!  :)

FIRST!  This fish fold it!  This is a limited Edition, so once it's sold out, it's gone fooorrreevvver. If you love it, go get it! Isn't is adorable!?  All those pieces die cut out, btw, so extra easy peasy putting it together any way you like. :)  I also added the flower by using this month's die hard club set, which will be available on the 20th for non club members.  If you're a club member, then you probably already have it or will very soon.

 This month's stamp set is tropical2stamp and who doesn't love hibiscus? We have some in our yard. They're beautiful!  Of course, they inspire tropical/beach/vacation.....   I created this card using the stamps and dies along with lemonade2drink which I colored using TSOL markers directly onto my stamp, and filled in/touched up with colored pencil. I also used the oval stitch only dies to frame it.

 There's also a companion set solids4tropical (as of 8/7), it's sold out, but it'll be back soon.  The solids for the inside part of the leaves reminded me of little Christmas trees, so...... a tropical Christmas card was born. lol!  I also used the small dotted background die as a stencil to add a little extra detail to my stamped background.
