Look how happy he looks! Btw, I made my own bkg paper using the peanut stamps from Clarence Coffee set. I also embossed the sentiment in white ep on black paper. Check out the Cottontail Embossing tool.

Gnome worries...

Jaded Blossom's monthly challenge is anything goes for January. 

I decided I wanted to use a bkg I created with my gel press, so I went with the JB gnome worries be happy stamp set, and the sunburst card mat die just to add a little extra interest to the paper.

 I'm so excited for the new Caffeinated Christmas card challenge! Why? Because I love making Caffeinated theme cards and I really want to get started on Christmas cards early and make them throughout the entire year , so... good excuse. Win, win. 😊

Look on the bright side

I needed a Christmas card break. I checked out the Double Trouble card challenge to see what was going on over there.... 

I'm doing Thing 1 of it's up to you with the optional wacky holiday from the calendar link they provided. 

Today is national look on the bright side of things day. I just happened to have the perfect stamp set from Stamplorations that hadn't been used yet, so that was perfect for me!

 Hello! The December challenge over at Jaded Blossom, besides using JB products.... use red and green. 

Here is the card I created:

I added some shimmer with a gold, black and clear wink of stella pen.

National tea day

 Hello! Apparently yesterday, December 15th, was National tea day. The coffee loving cardmakers are having a link up blog hop with a prize and guest designer winner. How fun! 

I created this card using a new to me stamp set from Gerda Steiner, stitched die cuts by Avery Elle and stitched tag from Tsol. Little lemons from Twidlers Nook.

 I didn't know it was National Hot Cocoa day until this morning when I saw The Coffee loving cardmakers are celebrating with a hop! Inspiration and a chance to win a prize AND a chance to win a guest desiger spot; all fun things. 

I'm still trying to crank out some Christmas cards so ... tonight's card is a Christmas cocoa card. 😊
