LOVE YOU

Circle word dies are so cute!  Here's a new one at The Stamps of Life to add to your collection: Love you circle die.

This is the circle flip it card die, which as you can see all the circle dies fit perfectly on it, including this new one. :)  Shown below is the front and the flip side.  I also used the happymail2stamp and die set.

 and the miss you circle die set. 

All papers and inks are TSOL.  :)

Flower power!

This is a pretty new Sizzix die set by Stephanie Banard called flower power background.

This die set is a set of two, the lacy flower die and another to cut it. 

For this card, I cut the flowers directly onto the card front.  I cut glitter paper with the the solid frame and glued it behind/inside the card.  This die looks really delicate, but it's pretty sturdy, esp. with card stock.  I do advise using the sizzix die brush. love that thing! On this card, I also used the sizzix triplit cake die set.

 Same flower power die set, except this time I cut out the lacy flower image, cut a solid piece of pattern paper to back it with, then glued it to my card front.  Other dies are from the sizzix  Oh baby triplits dies.

December 1st!

New month, new stamp club stamp set and die hard die set:

 It's a really cute... a BEARY cute set called bear2stamp, and I love the dies that coordinate with it. 

Here's one card to share with you. I used the bear2stamp stamps, dies and an older set called balloons2cut/stamp. and stitched rectangle dies. The fun part with this new bear stamp and die set is that the die set comes with a die that cuts the bears arms perfectly, so he can hold onto something; like this envelope. :) Papers and inks TSOL.

Yesterday, The stamps of Life released so many great new products, and... they are on sale all week; at least while supplies last.

This great little box die called handle box. The die is half, cut 2x, and glue together. Easy and so cute. Great for gift giving or party favors.

DOTTED

dotted rectangle dies are now available at The Stamps of Life.  You've probably noticed I use the stitched rectangle dies from TSOL all the time, and now I'll be adding these to my regular card making, too, I'm sure.  I love how it just gives matting papers a little eye catching extra something. :)

There's 9 in the set and they can be layered! Here are some examples I created.  Everything is either TSOL or Sizzix and can be found at TSOL. 

FRIENDS

New at the Stamps of Life, FRIENDS background die.  It's so pretty!

Here are a few cards I created using the set. It's a set of two, so you can cut the friends words directly onto your card or use the 2nd die to cut it out....

For this card I cut it out and, matted it, and placed on the card front. I also used sizzix bee triplits and flower dies.

 This card I left the words in the card front so the inside background peeks through.  I used the butterfly triplits with this, along with some flower dies.

 This card is backed with glitter.  You can use glitter paper, but for this card I used clear contact paper, sticky side up and rubbed yellow glitter over it. Felt flowers cut with sizzix flower dies.

Oooh, look what was released today!  Sayings4mittens to go with The Stamps of Life stamp club set mittens2stamp.

I love this mitten set!  Now there's extra sayings... 

Using the new mitten sets along with the tag holder die set, I created this card that holds the gift, too.  The saying is so cute. :)

 Another using the heart step up die card set....

 and I love this one, because sliders are fun and I love coffee. ;)  I used the slider die set to 1. create the slider... and 2. to cut out the coffee stirrer. :) coffee stamp set is coffee4two

dog holiday cards

Hi!  I wanted to share a couple of Christmas cards I created recently using the Stamps of Life  Friendsforcookie stamps.

 I really love how this one turned out.  Although I love Boxers best, I used to have a dachshund mix, so I have a special place in my heart for cute little weenie dogs. Also used for this card is the dotted background die set, stitched rectangles die set, hat dies from hats4critters, dog bone from treats4cookie, happy holidays from penguins4christmas.  I die cut the dotted background on white, and then used two different alcohol inks in blue and dabbed it on.  It's been a while since I've used my alcohol ink by tim holtz. I love them.

 Another friends4cookie along with the hat die again, and the mittens2stamp set.  The background paper is my minds eye. The whole thing is spritz with perfect pearls mist.

 This is not a friends for cookie card, but it is doggie themed and I love how it turned out, too, so including it here... Lots on this card:  kindness step up card die, hatsforcritters, fireplace2stamp, stockings4christmas, tree triplits, gift triplits, holly and ornaments from holiday/christmas 3d drop in die set(s). scallop border...  cut out fireplace hole and added vellum. I stamped on the vellum, but added stamped/colored logs on it to be darker, but left flames colored on vellum only to glow. Place battery operated tealight under card. glowing fire!  :)

This card is using the stitched stars set along with the stitched rectangle set (I know I use far too much, but i love it! lol).  The stamp is stars2stamp. Papers TSOL. 

Next up are three cards all using the sizzix star flip it. the swirls and word dies, etc. all come with it.  Lots of fun!

Cozy mittens!

NEW TODAY!  The Stamps of Life stamp club and die hard sets are released (and mailed):  mittens2stamp.

I just love this stamp and die set, and there's coordinating sets to follow that you won't want to miss either!  But first....

Here are a few cards I created using the mittens2stamp/die set:

For this card I created my own background paper for this large 5x7 circle flip it card using the smaller stamps from the set (inks TSOL). TSOL hello m friend circle flip it it. The felt is TSOL.  Close knit friends.... that's you and me (on the flip side). 

 This is a mini step up card die set. papers are TSOL. I colored the mittens with Chameleon pens. I added some sequins (tsol) to the snowflakes....

 Last.... sending you a winter wave. Again, die cut the mittens with felt, because it just makes them extra warm feeling. :) TSOL stitched rectangle set I use so often ;) Papers and Inks are TSOL.

I put this on a spring.  I think the spring is from piggytails.  I've had them in my stash for years.  If you follow me on IG and/or FB, I have a video.  It kind of actually "waves" if you flick it. :)
