FBD rubber release blog hop- day 3!

I found the mug template free online.  It could have easily opened as a card except I had a blonde moment and did it backwards.  haha. This gift card holder works great, too.

Last week at Cupcake Inspirations, we had a theme challenge along with the photo inspiration; this week, we have a color challenge along with the photo inspiration. Here it is.....

For my challenge card, using "pool, white, and chocolate", I created this card with 4 FBD digis:  Tommy Snow Ball,   Snowbuddy on Ice, Whistlin' snowflakes,  and Winter Wonderland sentiment.

After coloring, I covered the whole image  DP with a glue pad and applied glitter, then sprayed with hairspray to seal.

Welcome to the First FRESH BREWED DESIGNS Rubber Stamp Release and Blog Hop for 2013!

We have had our stamps for months, just WAITING for this day!

Our stamps have gone through a little transformation this year. They are STILL on the DEEPLY ETCHED, thick, gorgeous, made in the USA red rubber ... but in designing the layout we took special care in making sure that we left a lot more room between the images. This means you get a cleaner looking cut out and have more room to trim around your stamp! We have added SENTIMENTS to some of our stamps this year! AND Our packing for the NEW stamps have changed as well: Here is a little preview for you.

The above inspired me to create this card using SU! stamps as well as gold glass glitter also from SU! around the drinks.  The fine glitter unknown sorce..... sparkly paper and some cute little presents:  all represents the colors: silver, gold, and white. :)

I just looooooooove this DRS image! I know the western theme doesn't really go with the above photo,  I was so excited to work with it!  It is a snowman and there are trees and the colors are there, soooo.....   :)  The sentiment is also DRS.

new digis and FBD challenge

Using a NEW Fresh Brewed Designs digi, I printed it card size, so this ornament IS the card. :)  I filled the snowflake with blue glitter glass from SU!  I also put black glitter on the ornament topper and a little twine for the loop.  I was going to use wire, but my scrappy space is too messy and I can't find anything.  LOL!  Another "better in real life" kind of card, but what a fun new image for Christmas, right?  There's more, so check them out and get some for yourself.

Season's Greetings!

Ah, it's finally December.  We put up our Christmas tree this weekend and Bob our elf on the shelf made his appearance last weekend, so we are getting into the holiday spirit.  I've made some Christmas cards, but I'll be doing photo cards for the majority of my card list. 

 

I did just buy this rubber stamp set from A Muse Studio.  I just fell in love with it when I saw it and had to have it even though, of course, I did not need it.  lol!  Unfortunately, this card is a "better in real life" kind of card, but I'm sharing it anyway.  :)

The trees and buck were stamped in memento black ink on white cardstock.  Then I used my glue pad and tapped it over the entire scene, sprinkled glitter embossing power over it (also A|S, btw) and heated it.  It gave it the perfect amount of shimmer which I wish you could see. ;)
