Our Hop this month includes ANY AND ALL previously released FBD rubber stamps! You will see a variety of stamps from 2010 - 2012 from many talented crafters.

 

The card I created for you today (I have a card for each hop day, so come back and visit) features the FBD Rubber Stamps CANDY CORN GIRL and COME AND KNOCK ON MY DOOR. (all other stamps are A|S and TAC).

 

Candy Corn Girl (released last year) is one of my favorite FBD rubber stamps.  I've created so many cards with her, and not just Halloween cards: you can easily fill her bowl with other items (I've put apples, popcorn, cookies, flowers....), and cover the spider in her hair with a flower or bling making her very versatile.

 

Of course, the Come Knock On My Door rubber stamp (released this year) is also very versatile, which makes it a great addition to any theme card:  change up the wreath to suit your holiday or occasion.

Distressing......

New Challenge this week at Fresh Brewed Designs:  Distressing.

 

I sanded, I tore paper, I misted, and I used crackle paint to distress my quick and easy card using this super sweet little Fresh Brewed Designs Little Kitten digi (and meow and I Love You)..  you can find them HERE as a set (also includes I'm sorry.  All sales of this set will be donated , which you can read all about here, as well.

 Here's a card I made for Chriss.  I used this super cute dog in a boat image that was actually created special for Chriss by Heather, artist and owner, of Fresh Brewed Designs.  That's Lou.  Now Lou is a brindle dog, but that is coloring that is beyond my artistic talent.  LOL.  Here's a handsome brown dog or fawn like my wonderful dog, Murphy. ;)  The image is available for purchase here:  Dog in Boat.  Lou is on his way with presents and balloons (clear stamps. don't know who makes them), and sporting a birthday hat I made.

Dogs...

I love dogs, especially mine.  :) 

 

There are new digis over at Fresh Brewed Designs, one of which is this wonderful dog digi that you can find HERE.  I typed out the dog saying which is a favorite of mine, because, to me, is so true. 

 

Minty Fresh!

There's a "Minty Fresh" Challenge going on over at Moxie Fab World:  use the color mint...... 

 

A few years ago I wanted to paint a wall in my kitchen/dining area a green color (not mint), so I have quite a few various green paint sample cards so I'm putting two to use; not only are they mint color, but the names say "mint":  Mint hint and Mountain Mint.  :)  What goes well with paint samples?  A little painter that's who!  This is a Fresh Brewed Designs digi called Hannah Belle Artist.  The little paint brush is a card connection embellishment.  I also swiped around the card edges a glimmer chalk in the color mint which is what you can see on the card if you enlarge it.......
