Day 2 TRHD Sept. Release

Hi there! It's day 2 of The Rabbit Hole Designs September release!

I'm excited to share this card (above) I created using the new Hello scripty 3x4 stamp set, Hello scripty word with Shadow die set, and the circle mosiac stencil.

I created this slimline card by stenciling onto glitter paper with white ink. My white ink wasn't drying, so I embossed it with sparkle embossing powder. The ombre glitter paper was pretty all on its own, but adding the circles makes it a little more eye catching. I die cut the Hello scripty word and the shadow out of glitter paper, too, and attached them to the card front, stamping Just because from the hello scripty stamp set below hello. I added a bow and a little bling.

I'm the last stop on the hop, so if you didn't get here from Terra's blog, be sure to start at the beginning at The Rabbit Hole Designs. See the line up below:

Day 1 TRHD Sept. Release

Hello and welcome to day 1 of The Rabbit Hole Designs September release!

I'm excited to share this card (above) I created using the new Happy Scripty 3×4 stamp set, Happy Scripty Word with Shadow die set, and the Garden Trellis stencil. Oh! And be sure to stock up on the new bitty bunny blending brushes. I'm in love with them! Blending smaller areas and sections with this size is easy and controlled.

A quick and easy A2 card. I stenciled onto light pink with a bright pink ink masking off sections and inking a column in red. I cut the cardstock to 3 columns, matted onto yellow , then blue, then gluing it onto the card front. I added the scripty Happy word die cut, stamped we are friends from the Happy scripty stamp set, spritzed entire card with some shimmer spray, and added a little bling.

Your next stop on the hop is Roberta's INSTAGRAM. If you didn't get here from Terra's blog, then start at the beginning. See the line up below:

It's All about the Hat

It's All About the Hat, and what a fun witchy hat it is!  Vanessa here today, and on The Rabbit Hole Designs Blog, to share with you a card I created using the new Tatsiana Zayats stamp set for The Rabbit Hole Designs.

First I cut an A2 top folding card base, and folded it in half.  I stamped the hat image more than half way down the front.  Using a paper trimmer, I cut to the hat on both sides, and then fussy cut around the bottom part of the hat (ribbon).  Creating a mask, I masked off the hat and stenciled a light purple background using the new Cat Eye stencil.  I colored in the hat with colored pencils with gamsol and added some shimmer with glitter and a shimmer pen.

For the inside, I masked off the bottom with a piece of straight edged paper. I stenciled in grey with the Cat Eye stencil, and then stamped the sentiment along the bottom part of the card. I inked a little around the edges..... and added some glittery star die cut pieces to finish it off.

Happy Stamping!

Hello! Linking up this card for the current Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge: add a sentiment

They're also showcasing Clearly Besotted stamps. It's not a requirement for the challenge, but it was a good excuse for me to use this stamp set I have from them.  I won it like 7 or 8 years ago and have never inked it up. What!? I know!

Give Thanks

Hello!  Vanessa here!  Have you seen the new, beautiful Tatsiana Zayats stamp set Advice from a Pumpkin?  I love it!  I'm here today and over on The Rabbit Hole Designs blog, to share with you a card I created using it along with the Tastes Like Honey stencil.

For this card, I used water color paper and created my background by stamping the leaves and acorns in archival black ink and watercoloring in pretty fall colors.  I used a rounded corner card die set, but you could also use a corner rounder punch, if you like that look seen here. After coloring in the images and letting them dry, I stenciled around the images, and used a gold metallic marker to add three little dots, repeating randomly on the background.  On a separate piece of paper, I stamped and colored the pumpkin, cut it out and applied to my card front using dimensional foam tape. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of cardstock, cut around it, inked the edges, tore and rolled the edge near the word Give a little, and attached it the card over the pumpkin; stapling on the edge.  I also used a couple pieces of dimensional foam tape under it to adhere it in place on the pumpkin.

Have a great day!
