I'm back with another link up for the Coffee Lovers FALL blog hop.   

There's so many amazing coffee theme cards being posted. 

Over the weekend we went to Rita's Italian Ice & Custard.  I was going to be good and not get anything, but then I looked at the menu...  (their flavors vary).... and not only did they have coffee custard, but iced coffee ICE!  How could I pass it up?  So there it is:  iced coffee Ice topped with coffee custard.  mmmm :9 

....now on to my latest link up.  I water colored this one.  It doesn't really matter what the medium is, I'm not very good at coloring. ha. But it was still fun.  :) The mug/cupcake is a rubber stamp by Fresh Brewed Designs called Love Mug.  The sentiment is Fiskars.  I also watercolored a background piece of paper which ended up not working out as I had envisioned in my head.  I cut hearts using the heart die from the little coffee die set from Top Dog dies from my front layer, pop dotted it onto the watercolor background to show through. It didn't go to waste and I like how it turned out.

For this card, I used a Tim Holtz stencil using Walnut ink.  Top Dog dies coffee beans and hearts.  Stamp is My Favorite Things embossed in Indian corn embossing powder.  :)

Spicy Pumpkin Latte

I'm back with another card for the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog hop (scroll down one for more information).

This card I created using a rubber stamp from Fresh Brewed Designs.  It's called Spicy Pumpkin Latte, and couldn't be more perfect for this hop drinking coffee and hanging out with pumpkins.  :)  FBD has lots of fantastic Coffee theme rubber and digital stamps.

Miss you

There are new dies available at The Stamps of Life today!  

Here's one:  miss you circle die.  There's 3 dies in the pack..

I'm sharing three cards I created using that die. This first card also uses a TSOL hello die from the Notebook Edge & hello die set, the bee triplits die set, and the TSOL mini flower die (set). OH! and the rectangle die set (for the card layers).  :)

 This next card is a circle #4 flip it card using the already released hello my friend circle die AND the miss you die.  They fit perfectly. :)

 and lastly, a window card which I have birdies from the Birdcage club die set and stamp from birdcage2stamp set.

I can't stop making Halloween cards! I try to move on to other holidays/subjects, but I'm being drawn back to Halloween.  :) 

The paper is recollections, but all stamps and dies on this card is Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard and The Stamps of Life.  I used the lively stand up card die set, but I covered it with the fireplace which is a stamp/die set. I colored it with chalk and copics/spectrum noir.  I wandered the aisles of the 99 cent store yesterday and picked up a package of spider webs/spiders, so there's web and a big scary spider on this card, too. ;)

*NEW* Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard dies!

 *NEW!* from Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard and available on The Stamps of Life website, an Oval flip it card die set.  So fun!  So cute!  The paper is by TSOL and I paired up dies from the Sizzix Hello Sunshine triplit set (the oval happy birthday with sun comes in the card set), because they go with it so well and are adorable. :)

but WAIT!  there's more!!  speaking of triplits!  There's a new set called hot air balloon.

I made this card yesterday when I made the above, so you'll notice the same papers and Hello Sunshine triplits.  I just bought the Sunshine triplit set.  I've been wanting it for a while now.. because... well, look at it!  It's so happy and cute!  So anyway...... using the newly released Sizzix Kind Sentiments step up card (and yes, it's currently my fave; hence, all the cards i've been making with it lately.  ha ha), I made this card with the hot air balloon triplits.  I also used stamps from The Stamps of Life stamp set called hot4balloons, which happens to be one of my very favorite sets.

 and with the above ^^ sentiment, I'm off!  :)  TFL!

 There's a new stamp set that was released at The Stamps of Life called fireplace2stamp.  I love it!  It was released to compliment other Christmas stamps, but one definitely doesn't need to stick to just Christmas.  I first I had use the logs and fire as a campfire with one of the critters4halloween stamps. This is one of the newer step up card sets called Kindness. :) 

 and then for a fun stand up Christmas card used with the stockings4Christmas stamp/dies.

Hello!  I've created a Thanksgiving card to share with you today. 

I used my current fave step up card die set: Sizzix kind sentiments, with The Stamps of Life stamp and die sets: turkey2stamp and  thanks2fall.  The papers are also TSOL from their August card kit club.

New stamps and dies today at The Stamps of Life!  

Presenttriplits2stamp are stamps that go with the gift triplit dies. So fun!  Here I stamped and then die cut them to add to this Elegant stand up card.  All inks are TSOL.  I also used TSOL button die. 

 

 also released... patterns4stockings. Patterns for the stocking2stamp set that released on the first.  :)  This card was using the stocking dies (available on the 20th) and the Friends forever step up card die set.

There's also an amazing fireplace2stamp set and dies that I don't have, but they are already in my shopping cart. ;)  Check them out! HAPPY LABOR DAY!

Christmas Cheer.......

Yep, time to get started on those Christmas cards, too!  Aaaannd.... with the new month, there's a new stamp set at The Stamps of Life!  This month happens to be a Christmas theme set called Stockings4Christmas.  It's adorable!  Plus there's an awesome coordinating die set, too!  If you're a die hard member, it's on it's way.  If not, it will be available on the 20th of the month.

I'm going to share two cards with you today using the new set (and dies).  This one I used one of the Sizzix Greetings Scalloped edge drop ins card die set.  The scalloped border just gives a "homey" feel to it, I think.  :)  The word I chose was Cheers to drop in.  I cut off the "s" and then also covered the spot with a stocking; now it's part of the sentiment.   I also used a Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard embossing folder on the inside layer called dots from the 3 border pack called flowers/dots.

For this next card,  I used the Sizzix 3 D banner drop ins card die set.  I created my own background paper for the front. Also, I used the rectangle dies from The Stamps of Life a lot: perfectly layered card front papers.  :)
