You light up my life

Good Saturday morning.  As I sit here with my cup of coffee, I thought I'd share this card I created last night using digis from Fresh Brewed Designs.

I colored the images with copic markers and colored pencils.  Flowers and patterned papers are TSOL. tfl!

more birthday wishes

I have two more birthday cards to share with you today using the Sizzix Happy Birthday step card set.  You really get amazing value out of this set, because it comes with so many great, useful dies.  Here is a card I created without using the step die, but just some of the dies in the kit:  Happy Birth Day dies, candles, and presents.  Plus, I used the panel die to cut the star (TSOL) pattern paper, too. 

 Of course, this card was made using the step up die.  I used cork paper, which was sold as a halloween pack.  ha!  not scary. ;)   All dies from the kit (oh! the front panel of this card was actually cut using the basic step up card die set. first perfectly), plus stamps from The Stamps of Life.

BIG WISHES!

This is a card I created for my Grandpa's upcoming birthday.   I think it turned out pretty fun. With the exception of the cardstock, everything here is Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard The Stamps of Life products.   I used the newsly released Happy Birthday step up card die set, which is awesome and full of fantastic birthday theme dies, TSOL pattern paper, TSOL spinner2stamp stamps/dies.  Stars from TSOL balloons2cut&stamp set.  Big wishes from TSOL candles4birthday.  The black epoxy stickers and brad are also TSOL.  :)  Here's the front....

Coffee & Friends

Hello and good Saturday morning!

I'm part of a fb group called Coffee Loving Card Makers (see side tab if you want to check it out and/or join).  Be warned:  they are bad influences, because they are always posting coffee stamps, papers, mugs.... and then I want more!  HAHA.  ;)

After our last blog hop, I bought two new coffee themed stamps/sets.  This is one I found on amazon. I love rooster stuff.  My kitchen/dining area has lots of rooster decor, including my very own rooster coffee mug. :)  This stamp is made by JustRite Papercraft, and it's huge!  4 1/2 x 5 3/4. 

I colored it with chalk, sprayed it with gold mist, added SU! gold glass glitter, and the cute little wood coffee mug that I colored was part of the blog candy prize I won from Anja during our last blog hop.  :)

Thinking of you

There's new word dies at The Stamps of Life.  Here's a card I created using the Thinking of you word and matching shadow die:

Actually, all items here can be purchased at TSOL:  cardstock, patterned paper, ribbon, and felt flowers. 

A quick and easy, but cute card to make, and......... no stamps were used!  Rarely does that happen for me!  HAPPY FRIDAY!  :)

more Easter card fun!

I made more Easter cards over the weekend! 

This one is using the Sizzix basic step card card, TSOL chocolatebunny2stamp & dies, sizzix scallop die to chomp off ears, word bubble die from sizzix tree & bird stamp/die set.  The middle step says "there's no such thing as too much chocolate".   ;)

step up HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

I love the sizzix step up card dies, and here's a new one from the Stephanie Barnard collection: Happy Birthday.

This one is especially fun as it also comes with cupcake assembling dies, gifts, candles, and banners.....  Awesome!!

I created/sent this cad to my BIL for his birthday.  I also used Sizzix/Stephanie Barnard word die Celebrate.  The candle is from the candles4birthday stamp and die set.  The stars are a die from Balloons2cut stamp/dies set.  Again, paper from TSOL.  :)  This is a fave set!  Fun !!

Easter....

Easter is my favorite holiday!  Springtime weather, being outside.. baby animals, chicks and bunnies... jelly beans and cadbury eggs........... ;) 

I've started to make Easter cards to send out.  I have two to share with you today:  I used TSOL Chocolatebunny2stamp set and dies for both of these cards.

 I used the bubble die from the sizzix birds & tree set.  I also used a TSOL embossing folder.  The stitched die, however, is lawn fawn. 

I look forward to mailing these out.  :)  TFL! 

wheely fun set!

Hello!  This months' TSOL stamp set is wheely cute. ;)  I made two more cards to share using it: 

 The stamp set is called bicycle2stamp and it has matching dies to go with it (available on the 20th if you're not a die club member).  There's also a companion set that was just released to go with it as well.  For this card I also used the photo frame die set as well as tsol pattern papers and brad.

For the card above, I used the same bicycle2stamp set along with the tsol filmstrip die,
pattern paper, ribbon, and button.  :)

Okay!  Sneaking in one last coffee card on the last day to link up!  Spring Coffee Lovers Blog hop!   What a bad influence this hop has been for me this time around as I bought two new coffee cups AND a new coffee/tea stamp set, which I used for the card below.  :)  The stamp set is Fiskars which I picked up at Joann's with a 50% off coupon, so I really shouldn't feel guilty.  ha ha ;)

A 'wheely' fun new stamp set!

 Bicycle2stamp is this months' club stamp and die set at The Stamps of Life!  I had a lot of fun creating the cards below with it. 

First up, I used the stamp set with the Sizzix XL die circle stand up, and the hot4balloons stamp and dies sets.  The pattern paper is also TSOL as well as the little brads on the wheels........... isn't it fun?  don't you feel like going on a bike ride now?  ;)

This card was created using the Sizzix basic step up card die, and the Sizzix Framelits birds & tree stamp and die set. 

TSOL patterned paper again... cute little bikes...  sweet saying...   :)

and lastly, for today, using TSOL paper and cute little bike clips, a fun little birthday card to wish someone a "'wheely' great birthday"
